Vendemmia (Casino di Sala)

A few weeks ago, I wrote about my friend Claudia Morace and her farm Casino di Sala. She recently sent me some photos of her vendemmia (harvest) olive oil production and so I’m adding this follow-on post with a few of them. I hope you will consider a visit to Casino di Sala to spend some time in the rolling hills of central Tuscany. It’s a marvelous spot from which to explore Florence, Siena, and Panzano as well as the surrounding Chianti wine region. (Not surprisingly, Claudia’s farm also produces wonderful wines.)
