What is Farm Table Italy?

My name is David Gabrieli and I am the publisher of Farm Table Italy. We are dedicated to the exploration of the travel and food experiences that exist in the Italian countryside and more remote corners of Italy. I have been very fortunate to travel across Italy over the past 20 years. My goal is simple: to share the experiences I have discovered so that others might be encouraged to get away from the cities and tourists hubs and explore the Italian countryside.
